A balanced diet also includes fresh fruits and lean proteins like egg whites, tuna, turkey, chicken breasts, fish, yoghurt, soy and cottage cheese in their diet.
It comprises of monounsaturated fats such as those found in olive oil, avocado, flax seeds and nuts.
Fats facilitate hormone production, vitamin absorption and enhance the look of the body as well.

Personally I'd have a big piece of protein now, chicken, fish, beef etc.
Have a dinner loaded with clean carbohydrates, prior to bed in order to detoxify yourself and for a sound sleep.
This can boost serotonin formation in the brain, assisting you to get a good sleep, and can stop morning migraines linked with low blood sugar.
5. Get Creative
Ultimately, balanced diet is all about getting creative with your food and making delicious recipes with natural foods and vegetables.
It will help you explore and improve your cooking skills.
Try blending in different cooking recipes , techniques to get a delectable cuisine that is both healthy and tasty.
Of Course, it may need a few efforts on your behalf but you too, can have a healthy body if you follow these fundamental elements in your daily lifestyle.
