Proteins help in building the muscles, boosting your immune system, curbing your hunger cravings, alleviating joint, muscle and bone pain, speedy healing of the wounds and also lifting your mood and improving your concentration power.

If I had to choose, I'd rather miss the gym for one day than eat shitty sugary empty calories for one day.
