They aid digestion, and are a good source of folate - Folate is supposed to be very beneficial for pregnant women, it helps the development of the foetus.
Not only this, they help to give you youthful skin, and they taste awesome!

Are full of valuable nutrients, they are rich in antioxidants, iron, zinc, magnesium and many other nutrients!
They are mainly made up of fats and proteins.
Pumpkin seeds are a rich source of magnesium.
Healthy magnesium levels are important for your blood pressure, heart health, bone health and blood sugar levels.
