"The morning mocha hit!" Featuring Almonds, 95% Dark Chocolate, Oats, Banana, Coffee, and Protein.
A great one to have in the morning or even pre-workout ( It is a bit heavy so maybe not before anything to intense right).
Whats so good about the ingredients?...
Almonds i'm sure we've previously disscussed, just to recap...
"They contain lots of healthy fats, fibre protein, magnesium, and vitamin E. The health benefits of almonds include lower blood sugar levels, reduced blood pressure and lower cholesterol levels. They can also reduce hunger and promote weight loss"

Oats are great, and one of my favourite foods!
They are a very nutritious grain, and oatmeal (porridge) is usually eaten for breakfast.
They're a great source of carbs, and fibre, and they also contain more protein and fat than most grains.
Oats are very filling, and may be helpful for you when trying to lose weight, they are incredibly versatile and can be used in numerous ways when cooking or baking.
Bananas are a great source of potassium, and b6, not to mention energy!
They contain a fair amount of fibre, and are said to help with all types of heart problems.
Coffee, great for a kick in the morning (if you're caffiene sensitive/alergic you could try out decaf?)*

Coffee is supposed to be great for reducing the risk of liver disease, diabetes, some even say it can help with parkinsons.
