So another in the juicing series... "Strawberry and Banana Kicker"
I'm using it here in this recipe as post workout recovery shake, its a fairly high calorie shake packed full of protein, natural sugars, and some fats.
Containing - Strawberries, Banana, Walnuts, Natural Yoghurt, Whey Protein (Vanilla), and Water.
What are the benefits to these ingredients?
