One week in!
And tomorrow I'm missing a day. huh!!!
Shock horror! I know!
I said in video 1 (if you've not seen it go there now!!!) that I would be trying for yoga everyday, or at least 5 times a week minimum.
Thing is... Man Utd (The greatest football team in the world ;) ) are playing tomorrow, plus I have too much on in the morning to get to the morning session, and I haven't been to a match in over a month! - I know, terrible fan!
So i'm having just one day out - I'm not missing the match!
I'll be straight back at it Thursday I promise! - Don't lose faith! :)
Todays session was Hot Yin Yoga, and had almost a contortionist theme haha - Knees wrapped around heads etc.
It was slow, and very challenging. Still loving it guys, still making progress, most of all...
Still an absolute beginner!
