DAY #6
HOT Power Yoga 45 mins... So, it was very intense, with a building sequence as a main theme, lots of strength work. Some inversions with headstands etc. Feeling much better now, it was around a week ago (ish) I started, and my hips/ hamstrings feel much more forgiving in some of the moves. Short but sweet, so far so good guys, thats about it for now... Until tomorrow! Namaste... |
