Power Yoga tonight! In a seriously hot room!
Felt like I lost 10lbs in sweat! Any fighters trying to make weight... Do some hot yoga!
Lots of strength work tonight, lots of focusing on the breathing and breath!
Some inversion stuff with headstands, and ended with taking more time to focus on the breath and a sort of charging breath session with some real loud vocals on the out breath!
It was mega! - Tough, but great! - So far so good, back for a different style tomorrow 90 minute session - Really looking forward to it!
