However, it all can be effectively achieved with the help of a good diet.
But what is a Good diet ?
The deadlift has an undeserved shady reputation, the more time you spend in the gym, the more stories you’ll hear about back injuries related to heavy deadlifting.
Most of these stories are spread by gym rats who have never performed deadlifts or perform them with improper (and dangerous) lifting technique.
You can understand why many new weight lifters avoid deadlifts for fear of injury based on these rumors, which is unfortunate as correctly performed deadlifts build a strong core and wide back.
Today is a day to be around your family, whether they're blood related or people who're so close to you, that you call them family!

For the next 6 months the days will only see more daylight hours, and the nights will be getting shorter! - Today has the shortest daylight hours of the year!
I'm all for winter and everything (I'm not really - I hate the cold, I think I was an aztec sun worshipper in a previous life or something) but in todays world, our busy schedules don't fit our true natural requirements to rise and sleep with the sun.
